We designed the WA-S for shops needing a cleaning solution for small engine blocks, transmissions, etc. The WA-S features a 500lb capacity turntable and will clean part sizes up to 41 inches high by 30 inches wide.

Basic Operation

  1. Simply load your parts into the turntable basket.
  2. Turn the wash timer to desired time.
  3. Parts are sprayed with 185º F solution while the turntable rotates, ensuring a thorough cleaning.
  4. Parts are clean and ready to be unloaded.

Features

  • Integrated Filter - Catches matter larger than 1/8" to prevent water pump damage.
  • Oil Skimmer - Removes oil from the solution to greatly extend solution life.
  • Door Design - Loading and unloading with a crane or forklift is easy because half of the turntable is exposed.
  • Heavy Duty Casters - Makes movement of the cabinet easier for draining.

Warranty

  • This unit comes with a five (5) year warranty covering the cabinet and welding.
  • A one (1) year parts warranty is also included. *Excluding the heating element*
