In 1992, we saw there was a need for creating a better method of washing parts. So we set out to create the first custom parts washer of its kind that would be both efficient and effective. We mastered the art and sales took off. But a few years later, one of our largest overseas distributors copied our design almost identically down to the location of the nuts and bolts. By making our design overseas, they were able to cut the cost and beat our sale prices. But there are great downfalls to their products...
We've done our research and found that when our design is produced overseas it is regularly produced with poor quality. The United States has standardized the required compound in steel whereas China has not. Therefore, with overseas parts washers, you might get a good quality product, but the chances are higher that you won't. With poorly produced metal, these cabinets will rust out within a year. With properly produced metal, these cabinets can last 10-17 years.
